Any leftover potato skin fries should go in an airtight container but there is no need for refrigeration. They stay well for couple of days.

To reheat, simply put them back into the air fryer basket for a for a few minutes until warmed through. I like to use the reheat option in my Air Fryer, makes it so simple. You can also reheat in the oven at 350 degrees until crisp.
